As each piece is individually designed and made to order it is not possible to refund or exchange items in the event that you change you mind once payment has been made.


In the event that you do wish to change the design of a 'Unique' order once the order has been placed, assuming the we at the Kiln Unique have not started working on your item it may be possible to change the order, this will be down to the descretion of the Kiln Unique.




We at the Kiln unique thoroughly check all items for quality control to ensure items are free from faults before sending out to the customer.  In the event that a you receive an item with a *fault we request that you notify us within 3 days of receiving said item.  Refunds/replacements are down to the discretion of The Kiln Unique.


*Faults relate to cracks within the item.
